Her Legacy Leaders™ is a leadership recognition platform founded by Anna D. Banks and powered by Thrive Leadership Institute, Inc. By submitting a nomination or participating in the Her Legacy Leaders™ Founding 15 selection process, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Her Legacy Leaders™ exists to recognize women whose leadership has demonstrated measurable impact through building organizations, initiatives, systems, or community influence. Participation in the nomination or selection process does not guarantee recognition or selection as a Founding 15 Honoree.

2. Nomination Process

Nominations may be submitted by individuals who wish to recognize a qualified leader. Self-confirmation or nomination submissions are subject to review by the Her Legacy Leaders™ selection team.

Submitting a nomination indicates that the information provided is accurate to the best of the nominator’s knowledge.

3. Selection Process

The Founding 15 Honorees are selected through a curated process conducted by Thrive Leadership Institute. Final decisions regarding inclusion in the Founding 15 cohort are made at the discretion of the platform’s leadership and review team.

Selections may be confirmed on a rolling basis until the Founding 15 cohort is complete.

4. Information Accuracy

Participants agree to provide accurate and truthful information in all nomination or submission materials. Thrive Leadership Institute reserves the right to verify information or request clarification where necessary.\

5. Public Recognition

By submitting information through the Her Legacy Leaders™ platform, participants acknowledge that selected honorees may be publicly recognized through Thrive Leadership Institute communications, digital platforms, or promotional materials related to the program.

6. Use of Submitted Materials

Submitted content such as biographies, quotes, professional summaries, and headshots may be used for recognition announcements, promotional features, or archival documentation associated with the Her Legacy Leaders™ program.

7. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the nomination process will be used solely for purposes related to the Her Legacy Leaders™ recognition program and communications from Thrive Leadership Institute.

Information will not be sold or distributed to third parties unrelated to the program.

8. Platform Integrity

Her Legacy Leaders™ reserves the right to modify program structure, nomination timelines, or recognition processes as needed to maintain the integrity and quality of the platform.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a nomination or confirmation form, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
